"NO Parking!: Women Moving from Plateau to Pinnacle": Women have more potential for success than ever before. However, sometimes, we get stuck in one spot and have trouble figuring out the path to to the next level in our career growth. No Parking sessions group women who have reached a career plateau with women who are leaders in their respective disciplines. The goal is for this gathering of 40-50 women to openly and frankly discuss the things that impact our career success as well as the hidden rules of ascension within organizations. Sessions are held 4 times per year and are done by invitation on a space available basis. If you are interested in participating or hosting a session please submit your contact info to Denise Hamilton |
