Our 2008 Spark Plug award was presented to Whitney Whitmire, with AT&T. Whitney is a young professional who is motivated and energetic and certain to become one our City’s future leaders. She has such an abundance of self confidence and skill, that she is able to lobby Texas Legislators twice her age. She also chairs our SparkPlug Committee because she wants to encourage other young professionals to make a significant impact in our community.
